Quittin’ Time by TXT services, you can receive

tough spots.

support, but our helpline provides personalized
services, especially if you are struggling.
What if I go back to smoking?
If you've gone back to regular smoking but you
want to quit again, you can enter a new Quit Date in
your Account Profile and your messages will start
over based on your new Quit Date.
You can also call Quittin’ Time at 1.877.455.2233
for one-to-one counselling from a quit specialist to
help you get back on track. Our helpline is
available 24/7 and you will be paired with a Care
Coach who will help you set up a program with seven
scheduled counselling sessions to get you through
your quit.
